Roast chicken la Keller
Potatoes, turnips and watercress in the style of Istria (basically potatoes, turnips and greens cooked first in boiling salted water, then sauteed with garlic, red pepper flakes and olive oil, and a pinch of salt; you can substitute green beans for the turnips and it will be more traditional.)
