  3. How were the meatballs? I typically do pork, beef, veal but ricotta is a good idea.

    • They were amazing. There’s no breading in these meatballs. Just ricotta, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, egg and veal.

  4. Veal ! I remember enjoying it in my youth but then I was browbeaten to no longer eat it as oh so no-PC. Like McDonald’s ff, I know its not good for me but oh so tasty.

    • Not eating veal because it’s “politically incorrect” makes about as much sense as banning the consumption of eggs because they’re unborn chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or what have you.
