Pasta Snapshots

It’s a miracle you sometimes see things OTHER than pasta on this here website blog thingy.

Here’s a collection of pix from dinners over the past few weeks. A few were cooked directly out of “Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking” by Marcella Hazan, while others are my own invention. Some are vegetarian, while some are decidedly not.

Lately I’ve been exploring making homemade pasta dough from scratch. On my “to-do” list in the near future are stuffed pastas, including ravioli and cappellacci.
