Golden and regular beets.
Persimmons. When fully ripe, these are honey sweet. Split in half and eat with a spoon.
GIANT brussels sprouts. Each sprout is about 5x the size of a normal-sized brussels sprout.
Frisée lettuce. It’s sort of a cross between endive and chicory, flavor-wise.
Chickweed. Use in salads; has a light, refreshing, sweet taste and a crisp texture.
